Challenges faced while hunting for a job as a fresher or expeirence?

Today we will discuss about the challenges faced by the job seekers. I have categorized it in the two parts:
Before beginning with that let me tell you either you are fresher or experience (may be of several years) but the challenges will be the same. The reason is you may or may not get the work of your type in either of the cases. So, you have to struggle a lot.

1) As a Fresher
Nothing is old for the first time. It means that we start everything as a new and become older in that day by day. So, if you are really intended for the job after completing your degree. Then, you must be prepared with the following points when you start your degree on the very first day of your college.

• What I am looking for in the future? It can be either government job or non-government job, may be higher studies, start new business and so on.
• What are the things I have to follow to achieve the above points? It may be collage percentage may be 60% or above, may be some certifications and project based on that certifications, may be some documentations may be regarding courses or links of to apply or plans to execute, may be contact with some individuals which are in that fields, may be budgets, may be knowledge and so on.
• How much time I have to spend on regular basis to be well prepared with that, excluding birthday party, relatives or friends marriage or functions, tours and travels, movies and fun and so on? You can calculate how much time is required search particular things and make proper documentations and well prepared with that on regular basis? Let me give you an example, one of my friend when we were in 11th standard. He had made so many documents regarding syllabus, how much time he has to spend on that on regular basis except the weekend, which reading materials he has to complete to get that college in full scholarship? Frankly speaking, we used to tease him. He followed his planned path and got full scholarship in his chosen collage.
• If you have really worked on the above points, you will achieve your goal as easy as piece of cake.

Degree completed and looking for job may be government or non-government. Then, be ready for this. If you have missed the above steps. Then, you have to follow the below points seriously as well curiously.

• If you are trying for the govt. job then you need to join the institute as soon as possible which is at the top in the market or best on your preferences. Moreover, you may have to loss may be one or two or more year and keep trying the planned job whenever vacancy opens.
• For non-government job. Try to join some internship if you get at early stage or may go for some certifications, try developing some projects if there is possibilities to do so and required for job, try taking the exams may be www.elitmus.com, www.myamcat.com if you are an IT guy or may be others exam through which company calls you for job. Make list of company and try posting your resumes to the companies and call the HR team on regular basis.
• This is compulsory, make your profile and complete to 100% in www.naukri.com, www.linkedin.com(follow the HR of the company and try to reach them) and if there is another like www.timesjob.com, www.monster.com and so on. But, update that on regular basis after 12:00am in the night and before 8:00am in the morning.

2) As a Experience
Nothing is easy to get either you are fresher or experience. But for experience people and those who are married have a lot of their personal challenges which sums up the freshers overhead in that.

• Make list of company and try posting your resumes to the companies and call the HR team on regular basis.
• Make your profile and complete to 100% in www.naukri.com, www.linkedin.com(follow the HR of the company and try to reach them) and if there is another like www.timesjob.com, www.monster.com and so on. But, update that on regular basis after 12:00am in the night and before 8:00am in the morning.

Note: The most important things for both freshers and experience candidates is that resume should be eye catching and summarized in well mannered with the specific points. And it is highly recommended not to be more than two pages.
