Need job, try this out

Honesty is the best policy

Majority of us fail to get the job because of this policy. Leave this concept and follow this policy. If there is loop hole in the system then take the advantage. Try your best to cheat, the reason behind is any how you are going to be rejected then why not try this concept.

Speak your mind

Speaking your mind is the best thing. But, never speak the fact that may hunt you out of job. Prepare well to answer the questions. If you could not answer the question, it gives the negative impact on interviewer. So, try to give your positive logic with the real time example. For example, why should I hire you? Answer: Sir, when I was in fifth class I was weak in MATHS. I studied hard and got good percentage in the subject. When I was in 8th I was weak in English and I studied hard and got good percentage. This shows that whenever any task is assigned to me, I complete with hard work and smart work.

Truth is bitter

To explain this take an example. Let us consider a interviewer asked you tell me about your self and you answered him that you are lazy, hate working in team, spend your leaser time watching movies or seasons, etc. This gives the negative impact to interviewer about you. So, try to answer in the positively with confidence. There might be someone, who might be thinking I will not lie to get the job, then you would be definitely kicked out. So, try hard and make the sequence that any type of question are asked you would be positive and you are not going to fall in trap.

Disclaimer: This is from my own experience and observation. I too cannot lie and cheat so, I am still a job seeker. My friends are placed in the big company and they request me to try the above concept. I think what they are saying is correct because all are doing the same.
