Today I will be discussing about how to become best at earliest age of your courier.When it comes to start your courier as fresher. It is quite tough because we face a lot of challenges around. We go through several interviews. In some we may get kick out in first round itself, in few in the final or after selection we may not get offer letter or may get late joining and all.

Be prepared with following things from first of joining in the company or any jobs.

• Be active from the first day and try to catch the things the company is showing and raise the questions if you are not getting anythings. It will make your good impressions.
• Make notes of all the things in notebook when you attend any meetings related to your jobs may be training, discussion on products or projects and your job profile.
• Prepare with the technologies related to your job recommended by your trainers and the colleague or the managers or leads.
• Try to ask each and every doubts related to any topics regarding your projects to concern persons.
• You can ask even silly questions if you do not know about that.
• Never hesitate to ask any questions if you have doubt.
• Give your suggestions any ideas you have regarding projects.
• Set up one to one meeting with your team lead, managers if it is required. Or you can directly reach out to them if you have any concern.
•  Participate in each and every activities conducted by the company.
