3. What changes needs to be done in order to make this dot net team better in terms of Team Lead?

- Retrospective: Once in a week meeting around 1 hr or based on discussion with the team when there is no sprint thing going on. This will let us know if there is something which is lagging behind or we are ahead.
- Pair Programming and Peer Review.
- Particular Person Expertise on specific feature. This would help us to resolve the issue on time as well guide the new joinee in efficient way.
- Feedback from top to bottom and bottom to top. This would help us to know what senior or junior has opinion about particular person. Moreover, it would help us to choose particular person to specific role.
- One to One meeting with team lead or manager.

- Communication with Team Members and Other team members as well.
- Plan the execution of work and delivers on time by motivating the team.
- Ready to work on new technology and make other know as well.
- Focus on team interest and needs and plans the execution accordingly.
- Fair and Impartial to the individuals and appreciative.

5. Who do you think that can mentor you & guide you and help in your career growth?

- If a have to choose among the dot net team then it would be P1.
P1: Though, he does not communicate with the team but he is always ready to entertain any sorts of questions.

Otherwise it could be P2 and P3.
P2: Shares the informative links and ideas among the team member. And is open minded whether it's about the feedback or work or jokes or fun.
P3: Always smiling, ready to accept any sorts of questions and dedicated to work which is really fascinating about him.

npm install on windows 7 python2 not found error and node-sass@3.13.1 error #317
