People of NEPAL(Generally who are PAHADIYA) says We do not Say anything to Nepali Madheshi, then what is this?

When I was going through the post of the educated people, my respected teachers, friends and those the who belongs to pahadi samudaye or call themselves as Nepali.
This message is to them.
Kathamadu and other part of Nepal we have seen people of India and Tibet(who are PAHADI), they are doing government job in reputed position. Moreover, the politician all do their attendance in India.
